Who provides the app

The seller’s legal identity and country must be confirmed before these terms take effect. Product and account requests are handled through our contact page.

Your access

The app provides personal access to learning software. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share paid accounts, redistribute the question bank, automate extraction or bypass access controls. We may suspend access for abuse or unauthorized distribution and review disputed restrictions through support.

Subscriptions and payment

Pro subscriptions renew every 1, 6 or 12 months, according to the plan you choose. The current price, currency, tax and renewal period are disclosed before you confirm a purchase. For Paddle purchases, Paddle handles payment as merchant of record under its Buyer Terms. Product access is provided by the app operator.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel a renewal in Account → Manage subscription or through Paddle’s buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the separate Refund Policy for requests and applicable rights.

Study materials and availability

This is an independent learning aid. It does not provide a certification, exam registration, official exam questions or a promise of an exam result. You can report content errors inside the app. Features may require an internet connection; offline installation does not download the question bank.

Your rights and changes

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes to paid access or these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required. The effective date above identifies the published version.
